Our hotel continues to operate subject to local, state, and federal guidelines throughout the COVID-19 pandemic. The hotel’s accommodations and our amenities will adhere to all safety protocols and may require limited capacity if deemed necessary.
Our management and staff will work tirelessly to ensure that our guest’s safety and wellbeing are our highest priority. Our team will be deep cleaning and sanitizing the units before all check-ins. They will be cleaning and sanitizing throughout the day, including door knobs, hand rails, elevator buttons, luggage Carts, and light switches. Carpet cleaning and sanitizing will be on going throughout the year for your safety and comfort. We ask for the co-operation, patience, and understanding from so many of our long time repeat guests and our new incoming guests that we will be serving for the first time in 2022.
We remind our guests the risk of COVID-19 exists in any public area were people are closely gathered. Face coverings/masks and social distancing will be strongly suggested for the safety of our guests, especially to protect our elderly guests and those with pre-existing medical conditions , who are particularly at risk to this contagious disease. This information is supported by the Center for Disease Control.
Summer Station will continue to diligently put the safety of our guests and employees first; however, by visiting Summer Station hotel you voluntarily assume all health risks related to exposure to COVID-19. So with that in mind, please work with us to keep each other, the staff, and the Cape May Community safe and healthy.

Summer Station Hotel 2022 guidelines:
1.) Mask/face coverings should be worn if 6 feet social distancing can not be maintained. We encourage our guests to use the stairways as much as possible, unless personal health concerns dictate otherwise.
2.) Management asks our employees health questions daily, we must also diligently ask our guest to fill out a simple health questionnaire and liability waiver during the check-in process. Also, each guest will be given the hotel’s COVID-19 policies compliance agreement to read and sign. This document is to ensure all our guest have been informed of our safety guidelines in place.
3.) The housekeeping department will offer partial maid services… towels, sheets, soap, shampoo, all paper supplies, and trash removal, etc.
We will not offer full maid service in order to maintain the safety and health of our guests and employees.
4.) If housekeeping or maintenance must enter your unit, only staff can be in the unit while replenishing supplies or maintenance repairs are conducted.
5.) We will have hand sanitizer, sanitizer cloths for all public areas and luggage cart pick-up areas.
6.) After arrival / Check-in, please adhere to all posted signage regarding Covid-19 safety policies.
